Questions

Before you apply

How long will the beta run?

We expect it to run until early 2027. Nothing is charged while it runs, and we will tell you well before paid plans start.

When do I claim my 40% lifetime discount?

You do not need to do anything. We apply it to your account ourselves before paid plans start, and it stays for as long as your subscription stays active.

What setup and time does it take?

Nothing to install. CoachTide runs in your browser, on a computer or a phone. We set it up with you on your setup call, including bringing in your existing clients. After that, plan on using it once or twice a week, plus an occasional 15-minute call.

Where is my clients' information kept?

Your data is stored in Canada, and CoachTide's application servers run in Canada too. A few specialist services we rely on, like email delivery, card payments and AI help, process the specific information they need in the United States. Every one is listed on our Sub-processors page. We handle it consistently with PIPEDA and BC PIPA, and the details are in our privacy policy.

What if it is not right for me?

Tell us why. That is useful too. You can export your data and leave at any time.
