Yes. While CoachTide is in private beta it is free, with no card. We will give you plenty of notice before any paid plan starts, and you will never be charged without choosing a plan first.
CoachTide is built to carry the admin you would otherwise hold in your head: it remembers what is due, sends the invoices, and chases the unpaid ones, so the time comes back on its own. The beta is there to prove it on your real practice. If it is not pulling its weight, export your data and leave anytime, and you have paid nothing.
You connect your own Stripe and send pay-by-card invoices, so client payments land directly in your account. You can also take PayPal, and Canadian coaches can accept Interac e-Transfer, with receipts auto-matched to the right invoice. You stay the merchant of record across every method, and CoachTide does not take a cut of your client payments.
Every workspace is isolated, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in Canada, and it is never sold. The app itself runs no trackers, and we never track your clients. You can export or delete your data anytime. Read more in our privacy policy.
