Do I need a card to join the beta?
No. Nothing is charged while the beta runs, we will tell you well before paid plans start, and you are never charged without choosing a plan first.
What counts as a paying client?
A client you invoiced in CoachTide in the last 30 days, counted once however many invoices they had. While you have up to 3, CoachTide is free, with every feature. It works on trust: Settings shows you the count, and nothing is ever locked or switched off because of it.
What is the founding price?
The first 100 practices to subscribe pay $39 USD a month instead of $49 USD, and keep that price for life.
How do I keep the 40% beta discount?
You do not need to do anything. We apply it to your account before paid plans start: $29.40 USD a month, for as long as your subscription stays active. Discounts do not stack, so you always get the better one, and for a beta coach that is the beta price.
Why does the price depend on my country?
Each country's price is set on its own, so it does not move with the exchange rate from month to month. You are billed in the currency of your practice's country.
Are there fees on client payments?
Not from us. Stripe and PayPal charge their usual processing fees on your own account. Interac e-Transfer goes straight to your bank, and CoachTide matches the receipt to the right invoice.
Is it really one price, with no add-ons?
Yes. No tiers, no upgrade to unlock, and no per-feature extras. Free while you have up to 3 paying clients, then $49 USD a month, everything included.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export it first, whenever you like. When you delete your practice, every record and file is removed for good after a 30-day recovery window. The details are in our privacy and security pages.
